These terms and conditions govern your use of our photography services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the advance payment.

Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the event. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Magil Studio. Clients receive a license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.
